- Mélanger la farine, la cassonade, le beurre (150g), les spéculoos mixés et une pincée de sel. Malaxer jusqu’à obtenir une texture sableuse.
- Poêler l’ananas avec le beurre (30g), le miel et la vanille grattée pendant 10 minutes environ.
- Dresser les morceaux d’ananas rôtis dans les ramequins, recouvrir de crumble et cuire au four 15 minutes à 180°c. Servir tiède.
