- Etaler la pâte à pizza et réaliser 10 petits cercles et répartir le coulis de tomates
- Précuire au four à 250°C pendant 7 minutes
- Ajouter la burrata et cuire à nouveau pendant 10 minutes
- A la sortie du four ajouter le jambon cru, quelques feuilles de roquette et de basilic
- Dresser sur un plateau et servir aussitôt !
