- Façonner 10 petits steaks avec la viande de veau hachée. Les faire rissoler à la poêle quelques minutes
- Toaster les pains burger
- Tartiner de mayonnaise puis mettre une feuille de sucrine, une tomate coupée en deux, , puis deux tranches de pickles d’oignon rouge ou de carotte
- Mettre le burger de veau, la tranche de comté et faire gratiner quelques instants
- Remettre le chapeau et dresser sur plateau
